Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt for store credit. Store credits are valid for one calendar year. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders. All merchandise must be returned in their original state. Items with visible signs of wear cannot be returned.
Please note that all items are unique and hand-made and may exhibit natural variations from the photography on the site.
To return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items without a RA number will not be accepted. When returning an item, we recommend wrapping the items securely and sending it with a mail service that allows you to track the package and provides insurance and proof of delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Most pieces can be shipped within 72 hours of orders. Each piece is made by hand and to order. However, due to the limited edition, artisanal nature of the collection, some pieces may require longer delivery times. If a piece is not immediately available, we will contact you and provide you with an estimated delivery date.
To insure the safety and protection of your purchases, all packages are insured to their value and require signature confirmation upon delivery. Please provide a physical address when placing your order, as we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
